Cassie smiled down at her cell phone after getting Niall’s text, throwing it back on her bed and running to her mirror. Of course, Cassie was always ten notches higher than most on the excitement scale, and her smiles were genuine and not a rarity at all, but it was different with Niall. Maybe it was because the redhead had a crush that went on for miles on him, maybe it was because she was just really digging the chinese food today. You decide.

She flicked the wand of her mascara over her lashes, adding a few final touches before pulling on her heels and grabbing her phone, skipping down the stairs and waiting in her living room. It had taken Cassie ages to realize just how strongly she felt for Niall, believe it or not. Of course she had that fangirl crush on him like thousands of girls around the world, but that day they met and he invited her into the tour bus, she knew things were different. Her heart racing a mile a minute, Niall had made her feel comfortable with his jokes and his antics, and somewhere along the lines they became friends. Of course, Cass wasn’t hoping for much to come of it, she knew there were tons of other girls out there that he’d much rather be with. Prettier. Funnier. Better. But Cassie didn’t mind, she was just along for the ride.

Niall slid his arms in this gray hoody. A sigh escaping his lips. Things got tiring when it came to his job. He had just gotten out of the studio by himself which was kind of depressing at times. Niall ran his fingers through his short, blond hair as he shut the door behind him. He headed out of the studio, looking around. The sparkle in his light eyes reappearing. Niall laughed as fans were surrounding the place. It was a good thing that they put up the metal gates. He walked along the side slowly, singing as many posters as possible. A smile on his face. He loved communicating for his fans. It was one of things he loved.

He bit his bottom lip nervously, sticking his tongue out at the camera with the blond fan. Niall finally reached the car. His bodyguard driving. “Let’s go pick up, Cassie.” He said, shutting his own door. Niall didn’t need help with that. He pulled his seatbelt on, looking out the window. They drove off. A few minutes later, The driver parked on the side of the curb. Niall walked out, practically jogging towards the front door. He knocked on the door. He rested his forehead against the door, waiting for her.
